What is IPMAT Exam?

Its purpose is to provide admission to the prestigious five- year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) offered by IIMs. The IPMAT exam grants admission to various IIMs, each having limited seats for the IPM program. IPMAT ELIGIBILITY

The academic eligibility criteria for IPMAT encompass the following:

• Candidate should complete 12th standard (HSC) or equivalent exam from a recognized board. Candidates appearing for the HSC exam during the current year are also eligible to appear for the IPMAT exam.
• Applicants should have been born on or after August 1, 2004. (Applicants belonging to the SC/ST/PWD categories receive a 5-year relaxation in this criterion).
• Candidates are required to have attained a minimum of 60% in standard X/SSC and standard XII/HSC or their equivalent examinations. (For candidates from the SC/ST/PwD category, a minimum of 55% is accepted).
